Subscription box - TOH
Their boxes used to be something I looked forward to. I am now going to cancel.
There used to be a cookbook with a bunch of fun tools. Now it is just junk that is being sent and way too much money to spend on this.
I have tried to on numerous occasions reach customer service.
Worthless. I am done.

Can not return a book
No address listed to return a book I would never deal with them in the future as they make it impossible to Spyro a customer service representative. Do not trust them.
We have not been able to contact them.

I renewed my subscription in December 2024 and have only received the first box. When I contact them, the customer service keeps telling me they are out of one item and I should receive the second box in late June.
I should be receiving my third box. No one will help me.

Where is the cookbook?
I received the Winter 2024 and Spring 2025 Special Delivery boxes late and was disappointed to find that they no longer contain the Taste of Home cookbooks. What happened to these? These were so nice to receive!
Have not received Spring 2025 Subscription Box
I did not receive my Winter, 2024 subscription box until February, 2025. I contacted Taste of Home and they responded quickly that they had moved into a new facility and were running behind.
My Spring, 2025 box has not been received and I have been charged for the summer box this month. I contacted them again and was told they do not have some of the items in stock for this box and it would be here sometime in June.
For some reason, they seem to be struggling right now. They do email me back when I contact them.
Cancel subscription refund money
Saw a charge for $37.71 from my checking accreditation account.

Trying to reach the actual customer service. I now have 4 magazine subscriptions.
I have paid for 2 boxes and have not received them.
This is my second day of trying to reach your business. My next step will be making a mail fraud complaint.

I would like to actually speak to a representative of the company, not just an email for the special delivery box.
Trying to subscribe but it won’t let me put in my state
The phone person would not let me sign up for the special offer. Looks like a scam to me.
When I tried on line, I was not able to put in my zip code or my type of credit card. Why offer a special if you are just going to anger your customers?

Just spend a long time back and forth with a AI system told me they would put me in contact with taste of home but had to give my credit card for a $5.00 refundable charge, this is no way to do business. I have a major problem with my subscription

I received a Taste of Home cookbook in the mail last week. I did not order the cookbook, and I do not want any more sent to me.
Please take me off your list. Now I have to pay to return it to you. Please give me the address to return the book.
If I receive any more, I will take them to the post office and refuse them. Thank you for your assistance.

Was charged for a big box I never ordered or wanted any box
Taste of home charged me $56 for something I did not want and wants my bank to take care of it just give me my money back you CROOKS!!
You charged me for a big Taste of Home box on my credit card card I did not order that and I want my money back Ive called many numbers and get recorded all the time
