Poor service and dishonest

Well, I ordered a second year subscription, I paid in full. The boxes started shipping redundant product.

There were excessive delays.

I started the subscription for the fall of 2024. Here it is January of 2026 and I have yet to received the fourth and final box that should have delivered in June 2025.

Its the tariffs, or product availability, really? I ordered, I paid and they have not fulfilled their commitment.

But here is a 10% discount on your next annual subscription

Don’t waste your money. False advertising saying a cookbook in every box, they are months late on sending out every season.them you message them and they say it’s shipping out soon. Just received my spring box, who knows when summer will come.

Paid for a year and it's been nothing but issues since I received the first box. The winter box came so late, and I had to email several times to get it.

It came with no cookbook; I emailed again, and they sent one out. Now it's August, and after several emails, I just received my spring box and no cookbook. They advertise so much on Facebook, and in each marketing campaign, they say kitchen gadgets and cookbooks! The only way to get ahold of them is email, and it's the same story: it's shipping soon.

I emailed today, and they said, 'Sorry, our boxes don't include cookbooks!' I even emailed a picture of two of their ads that say all include cookbooks.

It's fraud, and the worst company ever to give money to. I'm livid.

I lost brand new prescription

I lost the magazine I just received yesterday via mail, was hoping I could purchase just that issue if that is possible. I loved the Nutter Butter cookies and wanted to make them for my grandson for Christmas.

So why am I getting a bill and I have not received the magazine yet? It was check number 12437.

My issue with taste of home was taken care of with no problem, but I have gotten three letters that look like the one I am trying to send you. I dont know if this will work. What has happened to the Special Delivery Box

I understand a different company has taken over the Special Delivery boxes; well, they have absolutely destroyed this once wonderful box subscription! Taste of Home is now nowhere to be found on any part of the box.

The winter box I received did not have a cookbook. I emailed maybe five different times and finally received a cookbook three months later; however, it was a Gooseberry Patch book that was released four years ago! I was told that my next box would be upgraded to the Plus box because of the problem. I was charged on May 1st for the spring box and just received it last week, at the end of August.

This box had some cheap kitchen gadgets just thrown in, no cookbook, no packing material, everything just dumped in the box! I can't believe you are charging $80 for this Plus box; absolutely ridiculous! I emailed once again saying I didn't receive a cookbook and was told the boxes would no longer have them. After I received this box, I canceled my subscription, the one I have had since you started this subscription box.

It used to be exciting to receive.

I don't know why you did this to your customers; this new company is using false advertising, showing previous boxes when it was still Taste of Home, but they suck and have ruined this subscription box! I wish I could get a refund for the last two boxes; what a waste of money!

Totally agree..I had been getting this for a few years, and loved it..Was actually excited to see it in the mail. But after the two kits I received last year, I cancelled.

The item were cheap, and the recipes were all on copy paper. And, of course, no cookbook.

I sent them an email to tell them that there was no cookbook in the kit, They said they would send..Well it never came. I so miss the old kits..always was fun to receive.

Annual book being sent without my permission

Every year you send me an annual book that I do not want and then charge me for it. I want this year's canceled and my money returned before you ship out this book.

I have a yearly subscription to the magazine that I like, but I do not want any books! I called last year and told them this and thought everything was fixed. Now there is another pending charge in my bank account for another book!

I will cancel my subscription if this does not get fixed this year and my money returned. Thank you.

Same thing happened to me. Feel like I was scammed.

They said the book was a free gift and later charged me $29.

Called and told them I don’t want their magazines and so called “free gifts”. Didn’t even like the book.

My call dropped- renewing my subscription and gift

I wanted to renew my subscription and also my gift subscription. I also added another gift subscription and renewed them all with a special offer sent to me.

I additionally added another year for all. Good customer service.

Thank you. The reason I called on the phone instead of using the internet is that I did not want these subscriptions automatically renewed and my card automatically charged.

I started to write a letter to birds & bloom. Then taste of home.

I then googled taste of home and saw a customer service number. So I decided to call. I ordered both magazines in the spring. Just got first issue in Oct.

Shrug he apologized and extended my subscription. And looked at all address info etc.

hopefully everything will be fine now!!! Next magazine should be in Nov/dec!!!
