I absolutely love this magazine. Did not know that when you receive a free book, you are automatically enrolled in receiving further books. This should be made clearer when you advertise a free gift.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After writing a review of Taste of Home special delivery box on PissedConsumer, I received an email the same day!

from Taste of Home saying they will be refunding my purchase price. I do not think I would have ever gotten a response from them without PissedConsumer’s help.

Im really unsatisfied with Taste of Home Special Delivery subscription box. They are eager to have you sign on with them for subscription boxes but Ive been trying to get in touch with them to return and receive a refund for a box I thought had been cancelled.

I. Get. Nothing!

Ive tried to reach them in Facebook, thru their website, returning an email they wrote me, thru twitter and now Im writing you. Can you help?

Well, apparently I have upset someone at Taste of Home. I have called them out several times when I open a recipe and it isn't even close to the picture and title they're showing.

I have also asked them why it is that I can't find one of their recipes when I do a search, even though I have a screenshot of the picture and title. I have never gotten an answer to any of my inquiries, just their unhelpful and very annoying auto response that says 'Thank you for contacting us, your inquiry is being sent to a customer care person for review,' or something similar. Anyway, now I am blocked from submitting a review or replying to a posted review. I get the message 'Your response was rejected.

Why?' And when I click on the 'why' link it says my responses don't 'conform to the community guidelines'. What? When I simply ask the author of a recipe 'Is this a dessert or side dish' referring to kugel.

Such nonsense! Taste of Home really sucks!

Preferred solution: a response to my inquiries regarding a recipe(s) instead of their auto response thanking me for contacting them!

Is worlwould even a word. Learn how to spell the word would, basically a firstg grade level word, before calling another stupid.

Inow longer have any use for the kithen items because L no longer am cooking or baking. I' m giving up my living quarters.

I am not paying for the book I did not order. If you want it back, you will need to send a postage return slip.

Product is great, prices too high and non-exist customer service!

I couldn't find a way to contact customer service to cancel my subscription. I finally found an on line subscription canceling service that cost me $19.95 to cancel my subscription.

I'm 82 years an this is the first time I've had to pay to cancel anything.
