Don’t waste your money. False advertising saying a cookbook in every box, they are months late on sending out every season.them you message them and they say it’s shipping out soon. Just received my spring box, who knows when summer will come.
It came with no cookbook; I emailed again, and they sent one out. Now it's August, and after several emails, I just received my spring box and no cookbook. They advertise so much on Facebook, and in each marketing campaign, they say kitchen gadgets and cookbooks! The only way to get ahold of them is email, and it's the same story: it's shipping soon.
I emailed today, and they said, 'Sorry, our boxes don't include cookbooks!' I even emailed a picture of two of their ads that say all include cookbooks.
It's fraud, and the worst company ever to give money to. I'm livid.

My issue with taste of home was taken care of with no problem, but I have gotten three letters that look like the one I am trying to send you. I dont know if this will work. Im not good at computer stuff, but this is the third one of these I have gotten, and I would like it if you could look into it thank you in advance

I understand a different company has taken over the Special Delivery boxes; well, they have absolutely destroyed this once wonderful box subscription! Taste of Home is now nowhere to be found on any part of the box.
The winter box I received did not have a cookbook. I emailed maybe five different times and finally received a cookbook three months later; however, it was a Gooseberry Patch book that was released four years ago! I was told that my next box would be upgraded to the Plus box because of the problem. I was charged on May 1st for the spring box and just received it last week, at the end of August.
This box had some cheap kitchen gadgets just thrown in, no cookbook, no packing material, everything just dumped in the box! I can't believe you are charging $80 for this Plus box; absolutely ridiculous! I emailed once again saying I didn't receive a cookbook and was told the boxes would no longer have them. After I received this box, I canceled my subscription, the one I have had since you started this subscription box.
It used to be exciting to receive.
I don't know why you did this to your customers; this new company is using false advertising, showing previous boxes when it was still Taste of Home, but they suck and have ruined this subscription box! I wish I could get a refund for the last two boxes; what a waste of money!

I wanted to renew my subscription and also my gift subscription. I also added another gift subscription and renewed them all with a special offer sent to me.
I additionally added another year for all. Good customer service.
Thank you. The reason I called on the phone instead of using the internet is that I did not want these subscriptions automatically renewed and my card automatically charged.

she loved Taste of Home magazines, cookbooks, etc. got alot of good recipes, beautiful pictures.

I started to write a letter to birds & bloom. Then taste of home.
I then googled taste of home and saw a customer service number. So I decided to call. I ordered both magazines in the spring. Just got first issue in Oct.
he apologized and extended my subscription. And looked at all address info etc.
hopefully everything will be fine now!!! Next magazine should be in Nov/dec!!!

I ordered an annual subscription. The website said it would be shipped out within a few days.
However, there have not been any updates in 10 days. I emailed the company yesterday, and they told me, 'The warehouse ran into unexpected delays,' and my order would not be shipped until the end of next week.
That is 3 weeks after the order. I gave them an extra star for responding quickly when I asked to cancel my order.

I began my subscription in June. I was supposed to receive a box in September.
Shipment was noted as 9-01-2025. Nothing has shipped, and they responded that it would be shipping 12-1, which is when the next box is due to ship. I cannot get a straight answer from anyone. I am very unsatisfied with the lack of response to email and phone calls.
In addition, where is my subscription box from 9-01-2025?
It is 10-16-2025! This could all be settled with an honest email of what is going on.

Subscription nightmare
I purchased an annual subscription with the Taste of Home Special Delivery Box Plus for over $300 as a gift for my family around Christmas. I have only received ONE box back in December.
I have messaged twice, once in March and once in June.
I was told both times a box was being shipped and I would receive tracking soon. It has now been over 6 months since the last box received and I am starting to believe this

I had moved, so I had to give Readers Digest my new address, so they updated it for me and I should be receiving my magazine very soon. The person I talk to on the phone was very helpful, very courteous and attended to my needs without problem.
User's recommendation: Personally, I would recommend taste of home magazine to anybody. I’ve had taste of home magazine for years now and I have a subscription until at least 2028 or 2029. I’m not sure which what is the best cooking magazine that I’ve seen.
