Trying to send me to collections for a cookbook I HAVE NEVER ORDERED. I have only ever had a 2 year magazine subscription that expired last month.

PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF THAT I ORDERED A COOKBOOK. Terrible company to do business with. This is a scam to try and use a collection agency to scare people into paying for something they never ordered!!!!!

Complaint has been filed with BBB. Highly suggest TASTE OF HOME stop treating their subscribers this way and using the threat of a collection agency to strong arm and scare people into giving them money.

You have forever lost my business and I will highly recommend to any one I know to never order anything from you in the future.

Reason of review: Billing for items never ordered.

Monetary Loss: $26.

Preferred solution: You correct collection complaint to North Shore Agency.

Taste Of Home Cons: Rip off scammers, Scam saying customers ordered cookbooks.

My wife got suckered into subscribing to their website in order to access some recipes. What she didn't realize was, hidden in the details, she was also subscribing to the magazine.

We weren't even aware of this until a bill came in yesterday's mail. I did some Google research and found out apparently a lot of people have fallen for this deception.

We do not have a subscription to our website.

Anyone that goes to www.tasteofhome.com can access our recipes for free. Thank you.

Hello. We don't send hard covered cook books out to peoples homes unless we receive an order for them.

There are approximately 9 bills sent to a customer who ordered a book, before they go into collections. All the bills have the phone number on them for our customer service department. We have been in the book business for over 25 years. We do not scam our customers.
