To get status on an order I placed on November 28.
Horrible. I got an order confirmation number.
First time I called last week, girl told me she would send the tracking number.
Via email. Week later, still nothing.
I called again today. Girl told me no order was on file. Asked how many books I had ordered.
The order amount. Placed me on hold.
Came back. Asked what titles I had ordered to ship to me. Told her to cancel my order.
Give me a refund. Books were for Christmas gifts I was going to ship.
One week before Christmas and I still dont have anything.
Im so disappointed. I love taste of home.
But unfortunately I will not be buying anything anymore.

Your Company are thieves, and you have trained your employees to be shysters and liar
I have been a customer 15+ years, and I assumed you wld automatically refund me my $
I inadvertently had my credit union send a payment of $90 that was meant for another bill on 11/15/22
Gave Rosie & 2 other reps the ck #: 97327 that your company, Rusted Media Brand, deposited on 11/23/22 into acct 61553****
Consistently lied and said I was incorrect; kept telling her I was actually holding the cancelled ck fm my bank; Texas Telcom Credit Union
Absolutely & stone cold denied me access to supervisor, or someone who wld even entertain that your Company operates on the basis of robbery, or any one w/an ounce of sense, or any one that as 1/2 way honesty
I no longer want your Taste of Home magazine. If there are any more magazines left on my subscription, give them to your employees to use in the toilet. That is where your company belongs; in the sewer w/all the other sewer rats

Voice what has happened to me
I continue to receive books almost weekly which I do not want. I have to send them back paying for shipping to refuse them.
A big inconvenience. Also receive invoices which I would like stopped.
I called Customer Service to voice my opinion and they understood. They indicated this will be stopped. If I have received any please keep without any payment from me per my Customer Service contact.
What happens today? Received another book and invoice. This is becoming a nightmare.
Please close my account and no longer send me anything right next w. Thank you for listening to me and following my request.

GIFT order no fulfilled
tI paid the extra $8.00 to order a subscription for a friend last Nov. (2021) & she never received it.
I wrote customer service. It took them several months to get back
to me and of course they needed a copy of the cancelled check, and other info.
which I promptly provided. They then wrote back a couple or three months later
wanting my address. I don't know how I received their request if they did not have my address.
It did not take long to figure out they were using the "STALL" method.
I did respond to their last correspondence, but have never heard back. I would never never use their discount coupon to order a gift subscription, and will not be renewing my own subscription next August.
Preferred solution: I would like a refund of my $8.00 or for Taste of Home to honor their "GIFT" offer
