i am trying to get a post-paid return label so i can return your book.
i must say, you don't make it very easy to do so.
i will not keep this book or be responible for the payment if label is not
obtain. i have also called to have a label sent to me,however, i get no answer,or am put on hold.
there has to be a better way to return a book that i did not order to start
with. and the more i have to add to this complaint to get this done makes
me very unhappy. 129d33b
