I received the 2011 Holiday and Celebrations Cookbook September 8, 2011. I returned in with your return label September 23, 2011. I am still getting bills for it. I do not want the cookbook and expect that there will be no more bills sent. The book WAS returned as stated above. I do not have it!!! I would appreciate your attention to this matter . I called per phone earlier and was on hold and never had a person answer to help me. Is this a stategy to frustrate us? Yes, I did get tired of waiting and finally hung up. 129d05a
