I received a solictation for the 2011 Taste of Home Quick
Cooking Book,published by Reiman Publications, sent a check for the full amount and today received the "Invoice" with a $0 balance, but it was obvious the "invoice" had been ripped off the front of the package containing the book. When I called customer service I was not only transferred from one number to another several times, but the "Ryan" who answered my
final call obviously didn't understand the problem, but continued to repeat that the book was on the way and I'd have it by March 24! Each time I tried to explain the book had been sent, but didn't arrive, and was obviously lost somewhere without an
address label, I got the same answer -- the book was on the way....on and on, over and over again. What lousy customer service and where do they get these people???? 129cf66
